2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or message.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup and contact details.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are fixed and clearly displayed at the time of booking.
No hidden charges will be applied unless additional services are requested.
Payments can be made online or directly to the driver (if applicable).
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or special requests.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.

5. Waiting Time Policy

For airport pickups, we offer free waiting time (e.g., 60 minutes) after flight landing.
For other pickups, a limited waiting time (e.g., 15 minutes) is included.
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

6. Flight Delays

We monitor flight arrivals in real-time.
In case of delays, your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no extra cost.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must arrive on time at the agreed pickup location.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.

8. Luggage Policy

Passengers must select the correct vehicle based on luggage requirements.
Excess luggage may result in the need for a larger vehicle or additional charges.

9. Child Safety

Child seats are available upon request during booking.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to request appropriate seating for children.

10. Service Availability

Our services are available 24/7, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

11. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for missed flights due to late bookings or incorrect information provided by the customer.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
